Adobe is a company founded back in 1982. It has given us many graphic editors and useful services. One of the most famous is, of course, Photoshop.

Initially, it was created to edit photos – to remove imperfections in photos, restore old pictures, add artificial lighting, etc. With the updates, new tools were added that allowed you to create compositions from scratch. The designer just needed to collect as many different pieces from different photos as possible and put them together to create a complete picture.

In Photoshop, you can do more than just collect and enhance photos. The program has powerful functionality to simulate real brushes, with which you can draw beautiful paintings and illustrations.

In Photoshop, you can make a mockup – applying a design to an existing medium. It’s just a demonstration of how your work will look in more or less real conditions. For example, you’ve made a cool design for a fruit juice package and want to see how it will look on the actual package.

And it’s also worth noting that at one time, we used to draw designs for future websites in Photoshop. And it was exhausting. Web design is sometimes very demanding on dimensions and indents, and it took a long time to change any detail in the layout.

Disadvantages

The program is quite demanding, often with changes in the layout, you may experience a slight performance drop. The interface does not look very friendly, there are a lot of panels, each of them has a million more settings, and if something goes wrong, you can imagine this growing horror and nerves)

Photoshop is suitable for people with a creative approach who want to improve the quality of photos, make cool compositions, and draw illustrations.
